Waters premieres his "Williamsburg Concerto #6" for Chamber Orchestra. A triptych with six meta-layered tone "panels", the WC#6 postulates the belief that perhaps a cosmic music-literature still does exist where Bach, Copland, Feldman, Zorn, Parker, Dalachinsky, Auster, etc. can meet and mingle.
